lyrics

One, two, what will you do?
Three, four, Apille's growing for sure.
Five, six, she is taking her licks.
Seven, eight, she is learning to hate.
Nine, ten, it's a matter of when.
Eleven, twelve, Apille's bringing the hell.
Thirteen, Fourteen, hard like morphine.
Fifteen, Sixteen, she is so mean.

Apille is blooming and she's breaking all the rules.
Ones that her mother taught, ones that she learned in school.
She's always on the run, better catch her if you can.
She is moving faster than a girl has ever ran.

Apille's blooming where she was planted.
But her world's becoming slanted.
The ground is shaking beneath her feet.
Her ripened flesh is turning sweet.

Apille is changing and her flesh has ripened sweet.
There's not a man alive that could refuse her meat.
But she has poison in a gland that can't be seen.
It foils many men who try to plot and scheme.

Apille is rising but her world is tinted blue.
She's gained some insight in what she is here to do.
She finally looked out far and saw right to the edge.
She glimpsed the ending from her perch upon the ledge.

Apille's blooming where she was planted.
And her world it seems so slanted.
She was bright but she's feeling blue.
She knows what one day will come true.
